BallyDerrin Cookery School:
Learn to cook Ballyderrin style
The Ballyderrin
House Cookery School's style of cooking focuses on fresh, natural foods for today's way of
life. Simple ingredients, carefully sourced, nothing overtly jazzy or
clever simply but combined with care in a way that plays up their true
flavour. Our most popular courses include Authentic Thai, Sugar Crafts
& Cooking for Successful Dinner Parties.
Since
2002 our clients have enjoyed a wide selection of day, evening and residential
cookery courses. Our approach is three parts inspiration, with two parts
fun and enjoyment with a healthy dash of practical skills thrown in for
good measure. Our facilities, being purpose built, are warm and comfortable
and our appliances are state of the art .
Pam
Holligan is Ballymaloe trained, and in 2010 we will continue our series
of evening courses by guest chef's from restaurants around Ireland.
