March 1 – new to blogging
The weather at Ballyderrin today is just fab with the new spring rhubarb just showing its beautiful pink stalks.After such a hard few weeks when we had -17 deg when the ground was frozen solid and covered in snow looking beautiful of course, we love anything that letts us know that spring is on the way. This weekend we have a course at the school called “food for family and friends” and we will of course be using this rhubarb with its delicious but delicate taste.We still have places available on this should you wish to join us for a fun day full of learning.
